Twin Web forms are constructed by joining label material and paper stock in a seam to produce cut sheets for laser printers and continuous forms for use in impact printers.
HFS has access to a master list of printer manufacturer's specification sheets to check caliper and image area tolerances as well as providing test samples to insure form/printer compatibility.
We have a wide variety of popular label dies in stock to match your customer's software program.
One die will produce all the slit patterns required in the label portion while microperfs are added in any configuration at the press as the two are joined together on line.
