An integrated label is produced by die cutting the label to size in the paper and applying a patch of adhesive with silicone liner to cover on the back side of the die cut label in a cut sheet or continuous form. HFS has three production methods to provide versatility in quantity and material needs for your customer's application. Multiple types of adhesives include permanent, removable and test tube friendly, all of which are laser compatible.
We have a variety of dies available in stock.
HFS has access to a master list of printer manufacturer's specification sheets to check caliper and image area tolerances as well as providing test samples to insure form/printer compatibility.
