An Integrated Card is produced by die cutting the card size in the paper and applying a variety of laminates front, back or both sides to produce a cut sheet or continuous form that allows easy removal of a knock-out or clean-edge finished card.
Laminating the paper card gives the look, texture and durability of a thin gauge plastic card at an economical price. We have several selections of laminates to suit your customer's requirements for laser, ink jet and impact printers as well as handwriting (signature) laminate.
HFS has access to a master list of printer manufacturer's specification sheets to check caliper and image area tolerances as well as providing test samples to insure form/printer compatibility.
